The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), advanced SQL skills, and experience working on complex data integration projects. Exposure to cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus. Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL processes using SSIS.
Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Analyze existing ETL processes and implement improvements for scalability and performance.
Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across multiple systems.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ETL jobs and data loads.
Document ETL workflows, data mappings, and processes thoroughly.
Support data migration and transformation activities during platform upgrades or system changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in SSIS development and data integration.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including performance tuning and complex query development.
Experience with scheduling tools and job automation (e.g., SQL Agent).
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to Have:
